Retired Directors Assurance Underwriting Services (RDAUS) is a program agent for ACE Westchester, with a sole focus on a new insurance product designed specifically to address the liability exposures of retired directors of public, private, and not-for-profit companies.  RDAUS provides retired directors with the broad, individual protection they deserve.  RDAUS has the authority to underwrite, price and issue polices through their underwriting partner, ACE Westchester.

Retired Directors Assurance Association (RDAA)

An association designed to provide additional services to RDA policyholders.  The association will provide member policyholders with services that include annual updates on the companies they previously served, D&O market updates, and other material relative to their service as directors.
